The technician Nicholas was very professional and courteous, very knowledgable, answered all my concerns. The lady at Binsky who scheduled the service was also very courteous and helpful. Service was available same day. When I knew I needed air conditioning repair service, my first concern was safety and professionalism since home maintenance projects are always expensive and daunting but I highly recommend this company and wish there were more people like them in this business. Randy, from Binsky service saved me from liabilities that my commercial property could have incurred, water was flowing through the street and our company didn't know how to direct the water to city drainage system. We showed it to several companies about the problem, all the solutions were very expensive. Randy found a permanent solution and gave us a honest quote, in the end he did the job much more cheaper than the quote and saved me $500. Thanks a lot Randy and Marvin, you guys are the best.
